Required elements of general, mobile, and electronic notarizing:
The notary must be presented with an ORIGINAL document.
Each person (the document signer/s) required to sign the document in the presence of the notary (PHYSICALLY PRESENT).
Electronic documents should be preloaded or emailed in pdf format into e-notary system.
Proper identification is required for any notarial service that requires verification of signature.
Validation that the verbiage and statements in the document to be notarized is true and correct.
PRICING
Notarization fees are governed by the Office of the Governor in the State of Florida.
Single Document Fees
$10 per notarized signature/document
Additional person signatures will cost $10.00 each signature per Document
$25 e-notarize electronic documents
$45 Annuity Settlements (1-10 pages)
$35 Power of Attorney, additional Documents $20 each
$10 Vin Verification
$100 Mobile Loan Signings (open on Sundays with same pricing)
$100 Refinance Loan (fax back an additional $30)
$65 HELOC
Travel Fees: Ranges $5 – $35, in addition to mandated notary fee for general notary (Mon.-Fri., home, office, public venue) No notary service on Saturday
*Travel fees on Sundays: Are priced the same as the work week (home, office, public venue) any-time
*No Travel fee if you visit us at our Daytona Beach office location.
